Spring has well and truly sprung and down at The Hope we're kicking into action...
We've got lots of fun shenanigans happening throughout Spring and Summer. Here are just a few to get you as excited as we are...
Sip on a lovingly-made long drink from our seasonal specials board, including mouthwatering Mojito's, pitchers of Pimms and sexy Sangrias...mmm. Fancy a barbie? We'll be cooking with gas all summer long.
Take-away picnic on the common anyone? Now that's an idea! We'll be knocking up picnic perfections, presented in their very own take-away hampers (and everything). We'll also be welcoming back our hugely popular Cider Festival, whilst keeping all the old faves such as Quiz Nights and Sunday Roasts (now from just £7.90!) My Assistant Manager is Kevin, in the Kitchen we have Patrick, Yahia, Sher and George, and on the bar we have Rui, Alex, Claire, Ken, Sergio, Jess, Merco, Nikolai, Nick and Kane.

MONDAY NIGHT - QUIZ NIGHT
Monday is Quiz Night, hosted by our one and only Queen of Quiz, Kitty. Starting time is 8.15pm, entry is £5 per team and the prize is the pot. Call us to book your table.
TUESDAY NIGHT - WINE SOCIETY
From 6pm...Any wine usually priced £14 or less is just £7.95!
But wait there's more...Any wine usually priced £14 - £20 is only £11.95!
SUNDAY SESSIONS
Don't forget every Sunday we have a great range of roasts available with comforting desserts to follow. Or, if you prefer, for groups of 10 or more you can 'Host your own Roast', with our traditional family service (pre-booking is required).
WEDNESDAY THRU TIL SUNDAY - BBQ'S
We're serving up a sizzling BBQ menu 5 nights per week, and all day Saturday and Sunday. We're sure you won't be able to resist the waft of our fried onions in our Lamb, Beef or Venison burgers or our chargrilled sirloin steaks.

CIDERFEST ON THE COMMON - COMMENCING IN JUNE
Core-blimey! The return of our massively popular Ciderfest kicks off again in June. With 16 different ciders available, from Aspalls to Thatchers and Brothers to Magners and flavours such as lemon, strawberry, elderflower & lime, you'll be ripe for some fruitful nights this summer!
Train
By far the easiest way to reach The Hope is via Wandsworth Common main line station, from Victoria via Clapham Junction. Leave via the booking office entrance and we're situated straight in front of you.
Tube
Balham Tube on the Northern Line (the black one!) is only a 10min trot away. Follow Balham Park Rd to the end and then a quick right on to St. James Drive where you'll soon spot us!
Bus
The 319 or G1 stop right outside our front door. You can pick these up from Clapham Junction. Also the 219 travels along Trinity road followed by a 3 minute walk
