As Winter is fast approaching , it's all change at The Hope , We like to make sure we provide the best food and drink range that compliments the season and gives great value to all our customers .
We launch our winter selection on the 21st October with our first Winter Fare , between 6pm and 10pm you can come along and sample our new food and drink range and tell us what you think.
Also we will have all the details for Halloween , Bonfire night and promotions and offers for November , Plus all the details for Christmas and New Years including Dinner and Buffet menu's , Festive events and our extended opening hours .

- Bar Opening hours Thursday and Friday - 12 Noon to Midnight
- Bar Opening hours Saturday - 10am to Midnight
- Extensive outdoor seating area with Heaters
- Food served all day every day
- Every Sunday , we serve traditional Sunday Roast from 12 Noon till we sell out , Choose from Beef , Lamb or Chicken and Veggie options
- Breakfast served Saturdays 10am to 12.30pm
- Food Service times - Sunday 12 Noon to 9pm / Monday to Friday 12 Noon to 10pm and Saturday 10am to 10pm
- Disabled Facilities , We have disabled access and toilet facilities, please ask any member of our team for assistance
- Book an area for your party , or reserve tables for Sunday lunch ( please note bookings not taken after 11.30 am on Sunday . Or why not sign up to our host your own roast service ,

My Assistant manager is Ray , In the Kitchen we have Patrick and Yahia and George , on the bar we have Rui , Alex, Claire , Corrine, Ken, Sergio, Jess, Merco , Nikolai, and George.

MONDAY
Monday is Quiz night , this has had a big revival just recently with our new Quiz Mistress ,Corrine who works at the Hope and loved quizzes so much she wanted to host it .
Quiz Starts at 8pm , Entry is £5 per team and the prize is the pot.
TUESDAY
WINE CLUB NIGHT:-
A free membership that opens doors to
- Every second Tuesday free cheese tasting with your bottle of wine
- An oppurtunity to sample fine wines for only £10 per bottle
- Cheese always avaliable on a tuesday for £3.50 a plate ( from Hamish Johnston )
- Wine tasting notes for all our wines
WEDNESDAY
Mid week with the return of live acoustic music . Easy to listen too, and leaves that foot tapping to the beat. With acoustic sounds playing , what a way to enjoy the summer nights. All listings will be shown here shortly
THURSDAY
ALE CLUB NIGHT
- On the last Thursdays of every month will be running an ale tasting session.
- Give aways on the night.
- Dont forget to ask for your favourite ale, we will try to source it from our suppliers ( if you don't ask you don't get )
Sunday Session
Don't forget every Sunday we have a great range of Roasts avaliable with comforting desserts to follow , Or if you prefer for groups of 10 people or more You can host your own roast , with our traditional family service . ( pre booking is required )
Halloween and Bonfire night
The Hope presents Halloween , Hot punch , Halloween drinks , toffee apples , pumkin soup , Apple Bobbing and Hot Pork baps with apple sauce .
Bonfire night , Every main course bought get a free glass of Hot Bonfire punch or try the Hot Pork baps with apple sauce
Train
By far the easiest way to reach The Hope is via Wandsworth Common main line station , from Victoria via Clapham Junction . Leave via the booking office entrance we are situated straight in front of you .
Tube
Balham Tube on the Northern Line (the black one!) is only a 10min trot away-follow Balham Park Rd to the end and then a quick right on to St.James Drive where you'll soon spot us!
Bus
The 319 or G1 stop off right outside the front door , you can pick these up a clapham juction , Also the 219 travels along Trinity road , with only a 3 min walk
